By starting this new journey in the thirties with Fred n Ginger, The Dandy Warhols are giving us all their musical knowledge and passion in this new opus. With the punch rock of Be Alright, they get us. With Thee Elegant Bum, they hypnotise us. And with Sins Are Forgiven and Motor City Steel, they finish us in a very Iggy-Pop kind of song before ending the album with Ondine, a very classical piece of music, surprising yet logical follow up to Forever, a song we can imagine easily in Peaky Blinders. There’s everything in their palette of which they respect each tone with elegance.
