The London band Feeder is back with its tenth album, Tallulah. Here’s our sober flash.
At once convinced by Youth and, later, by Daily Habit and Kyoto, we let our ear do the work and discover songs with a vintage or old-school inspiration with discreet but modern pop vibes. Generally speaking, some guitars give us classic rock feelings when their riffs are giving us a 90s skatepark feeling. Mostly joyful, the Brits evolve through the forty-five minutes without a hiccup. If some titles are passing us by without capting our attention (Rodeo), we do enjoy others (Tallulah) and the whole thing is quite harmonious. To try.
