DÉJÀ VENISE – CLIO

Clio wears her name well (it means singing or celebrate) as her new album, Déjà Venise, proves it with richness and tenderness. Flash.

Vulnerability and love are the heart of this new album by Clio. When she is not bored (Sur les horodateurs), she walks around her house (T’as vu), she walks on the beach (Au bar de l’oubli), she loves (Tristant, Romy S.), she observes the world and describes it with a sensibility that reminds us of the greatest French-speaking singers. With the almost broken heart on Déjà Venise and the tender duet with Ours, Sous l’averse, we get nice shades of this private and yet universal theme that is love.
