THE GREATEST PART – BECCA MANCARI

BECCA MANCARI_ARTWORK ALBUM

We’ll never refuse a fresh wind breeze. The Greatest Part, Becca Mancari ‘s new album is one of them. The soft rhythms and Mancari’s crystal clear voice makes us want to dance, to shiver and to enjoy life as much as possible. And yet, this album is deeply personal, evoking past traumas and memories. With tracks like Stay True, I’m Sorry or Like This, the singer from Nashville brings us to and with her without a warning. Strong and charming, it’s impossible to ignore this album this summer.

ANDY – RALEIGH RITCHIE

ARTWORK_ANDY

It is, without a doubt, one of the most important and political album this month. Actor and musician Raleigh Ritchie (A.K.A Jordan Anderson) unveils ANDY, an album with his grandfather’s name and mentioning a part of British Black people history (Aristocrats). Brut and honest all along, we also discover strong tracks (Pressure), modern ones (Worries), and ambitious ones (STFU). Between pop and hip-hop, the genres merge into something unique. From attention to detail to self-exploration and history, this album really has a lot to offer.

ENVIRONS – RODOLPHE BURGER

With his new album, Environs, released today, Rodolphe Burger takes us away in a world as deep and fascinating as the Atlantide, yet a lot less lost. Supported by other great artists (Sarah Murcia, Bertrand Belin, Christophe…) the singer’s profound voice, which we hear in the first moment of Bleu Bac, has a hypnotic power. Les Danses Anglaises, a duet with Belin, is clearly one of the best tracks of this hour-long opus we want to focus on. It’s ideal for an infinite summer evening.
