Kate Von Heart’s debut EP That Isn’t You and Me (Part 1) is incredible in sound and energy, announcing some beautiful things for the future. Review.
THAT ISN’T YOU AND ME (PART 1) – KATE VON HEART
On the following track, Of Course, Kate Von Heart sings with a strong-headed and playful air. Don’t make promises you can’t hold to her, and don’t you dare underestimate her either. Here, she shows rawer riffs too. It’s very catchy and the kind of song I can only add to my playlists. Driving You Home, on the other hand, is softer and more melancholic.
As for Break Each Other, it accepts its broken parts with some spicy notes and a pop-rock chorus I can’t forget. The true grand softness, the great delicacy, it’s No One Ever Cared. There, Kate Von Heart is giving it all. The texture of her voice implies its pureness. Overall, it gives it this grand cinematographic flair I admire. That Isn’t You and Me (Part 1) is, as its name shows it, only the first part of something bigger for Kate Von Heart. I can’t wait for the next ones.
Now Playing: Break Each Other
