FLASH : NADEAH & BEKI / AUSGANG / JIL IS LUCKY

Friday means release, as everybody knows. So there are three atmospheres for a festive, politic or chill Friday. Beauties ought not to be missed are flashing.

DREAMBITCHES – NADEAH & BEKI

This EP is an unexpected and impressive neon sign. Nadéah, whom we know a lot more for her pop folk-rock, associates with Beki, a newcomer to us, to give birth to DreamBitches, a sexy, weird and experimental EP. They are having a lot of fun there and the result is made of psychedelic tracks such as Kombucha or Idiot Ant. Clearly an album to listen to as soon as possible, without thinking or asking any questions. The meaning of freedom might be at the heart of this opus.

GANGRÈNE – AUSGANG

French rapper Casey has a lot to say, so she says everything with Gangrène. It is a new album with her new project Ausgang in which she becomes the French ambassador of a rock-rap genre similar to Rage Against The Machine’s. Politic, she asserts on each track, Chuck Berry as the lead, her origins as the origins of rock and rap. But not just that. There’s a lot to be said and Casey gets into it through screaming guitars as her pen guides her. La rage m’appelle and Élite are particularly well thought.

OFF THE WALL – JIL IS LUCKY

With this new album, Off The Wall, Jil Is Lucky gives us a quiet time as the sun shines upon the beginning of Spring. The sun gets up on Out of Town and down on Who We Are. Trees have blossomed by the time of Flash in the Pan, the more surprising Stupid Onion and the simple All Over Again. Light, bubbly and easy-going, Jil Is Lucky really gives us what we needed. A must-have album to discover from today.
